Candice Hunter Corby, as Chief Executive Officer of Cobra Legal Solutions, LLC, is responsible for setting strategic direction, leading and managing all facets of the business. Candice has substantial experience with global law firms and has been instrumental in both growth and restructuring environments, particularly in areas with regard to cost effectiveness. Her leadership has been marked by extraordinary efforts to build value which substantially benefits performance. Most recently, Candice served as a Director with Mayer Brown LLP. Prior to that Mrs. Corby was Chief Operating Officer in Baker & McKenzie LLP's Dallas, Texas office and Chief Financial Officer of Godwin Gruber LLP (now Godwin Ronquillo, PC) of Dallas, Texas. Mrs. Corby held various management positions with E.W. Scripps and Neiman Marcus Group. She is a graduate of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant. Mrs. Corby has been featured in business building articles, served for the United Way in the Loaned Executive program and is a frequent speaker for the Association of Legal Administrators to their certified legal manager candidates.

Jeff Isenberg, as Managing Director, is primarily responsible for client relationships, partnering with technology and e-discovery vendors, working with clients on e-discovery issues on both a project basis and on an enterprise basis. Jeff's previous positions include Global Director of Litigation Technology for White & Case LLP, National Director of Litigation Technology for Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP in New York, and Manager of Databases and Litigation Support for Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton LLP. Jeff has extensive litigation technology and electronic discovery experience, having managed, among many others, the electronic discovery process for the Creditors Committee in the Enron bankruptcy. He serves on the Advisory Board for the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) and chaired the Document Review node for EDRM Evergreen 2007-2008; he also served on the Thomson West Litigation Advisory Board and the CaseCentral Client Advisory Board. He is a frequent speaker at professional conferences on litigation technology and legal support services. He is a graduate of Pomona College and the University of California (Santa Barbara).

Kevin M. Clark, as Managing Director – Litigation, manages the litigation operations and support services of Cobra. He is entrusted with the oversight and management of the India-based attorney team, duties including training, timeliness and responsiveness, quality control and results. Before joining Cobra Legal Solutions in 2008, Kevin worked at Williams & Connolly LLP, in Washington, DC, where he served as a Special Project Attorney focusing on litigation discovery. While there, he handled a wide variety of cases including product liability, patent infringement, and general commercial litigation. He has worked most extensively in mass tort litigation involving pharmaceutical products. He is also experienced in working on antitrust matters, including government investigations and litigation. A graduate of the Chicago-Kent College of Law, Kevin holds a B.A. in Political Science and Sociology from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana. He has also studied abroad at Oxford University in England and Renmin University of China. Kevin is a member of the bars of the District of Columbia and the State of Illinois, admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, United States Courts of Appeal for the 7th, 10th, Federal, Veterans Claims, and District of Columbia Circuits, and the United States Court of International Trade; he is a licensed Solicitor before the Supreme Court of England and Wales.

Sakthivel Venkatraman, as Managing Director of Operations, India, is primarily responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and support services of Cobra in India. He was formerly the Director of the Legal and Transaction processing unit of OfficeTiger, a large professional outsourcing company in India. Sakthivel oversaw the department since its inception and was responsible for building and managing a team of 500 over four years. Prior to OfficeTiger, Sakthivel worked at NIIT, one of India's leading software training companies, and at Tata Consultancy Services. Sakthivel is experienced in a number of areas, including operations management, client relationship, and corporate sales account management, implementation of service deliverables, and creation and oversight of quality control processes. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Rising Star Outreach of India. He is a graduate in science from the University of Madras, with masters’ degree in business administration(SSM) and business law from NLSIU. He is recognized and certified by the Forum of Free Enterprise (FFE) and Confederation of Indian Industry (CII).

Lee Webb, as Attorney Manager, is primarily responsible for managing the litigation operations and support services of Cobra in India. Before joining Cobra Legal Solutions, Ms. Webb was a Member with the law firm of Leitner, Williams, Dooley & Napolitan PLLC in the Knoxville, Tennessee office. Ms. Webb concentrated her practice on civil litigation and insurance defense. As a litigator with over a decade of experience representing businesses and individuals, Ms. Webb has handled various types of cases including workers' compensation, motor vehicle accidents, person injury and death cases. She has extensive experience defending cases at trial and during appellate arguments. She has also worked on mass tort litigation including document production for diet drug litigation and has represented a large government contractor in cases involving multiple exposure claims. Ms. Webb graduated from Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee and has a J.D. degree from the University of Memphis. Ms. Webb is a member of the Tennessee bar and is admitted to practice in the US District Court of Eastern Tennessee.
