Thandapani Ramachandran, Assistant Director, IT Infrastructure, is responsible for maintaining Cobra’s IT infrastructure and data security. His responsibilities include planning, organizing, and managing staff, as well as maintaining and supporting the network, server, data communications, and telecommunications systems. Thandapani brings in-depth expertise to the implementation, analysis, optimization, troubleshooting, and documentation of LAN/WAN network systems. In addition to extensive hands-on technical knowledge, Thandapani is certified in Microsoft and Cisco systems. Before joining Cobra, Thandapani spent more than 4 years as a project coordinator at RR Donnelley Global Business Process Outsourcing (India), including one year with the onsite team in New York. He holds a bachelor’s in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Madras.
Laura Ewing-PearleAssistant Director - Client Services
Laura Ewing-Pearle, as Assistant Director – Client Services, is the primary liaison between Cobra's technology team and our clients. She provides insight and clarity to our clients on complex technical issues. Laura is a veteran of all three sides of the eDiscovery triangle: law firm, corporate client, and vendor. She worked for Nixon Peabody, a Global 100 Firm, and Thelen Reid Brown Raysman & Stein, where she led eDiscovery efforts for a $200 million insurance case. Upon moving to Texas, Laura managed eDiscovery for Dell Inc.'s litigation team, which involved more than 2 TBs of data in the span of 2.5 years. At Scarab Consulting, she was promoted to Director of Project Management before leaving to start her own consulting business. Laura was the Director of the Austin Chapter of Women in eDiscovery for two years and has presented seminars on “eDiscovery 101” and the role of the eDiscovery paralegal. She studied at Trinity University and graduated magna cum laude from San Francisco State University's ABA paralegal studies program.
Mahesh KrishnanAssistant Director, Operations

Mahesh Krishnan, Assistant Director, Operations, is responsible for the continuous improvement of Cobra’s operational processes. He is a member of the project planning and execution team and plays a vital role in the delivery of client projects. Mahesh has more than eight years of experience in business process management – primarily in the fields of paralegal operations and transaction processing for litigation claims (including securities litigation cases and mass tort/consumer litigation). He also has experience in business development, pre-sales and customer satisfaction indexes, as well as more than four years in project management, and business improvement. He is certified in Business Continuity Management (BS25999 standards) and has worked on 6 Sigma quality standards. His previous employers include RR Donnelley Global Business Process Outsourcing, IBM Global Services India, and TATA Info Media. Mahesh holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from Symbiosis Institute and a degree in Commerce from the Bharathiyar University.

Sayee Ramaswami, General Manager, Accounts and MIS, is responsible for management information systems and accounting functions at Cobra’s Chennai facility. Sayee has more than thirteen years of corporate administration and accounting experience, ten of which were spent at leading banks including Citi Bank, ICICI Bank Ltd and HDFC Bank Ltd. He was a leading member of the migration team for the Centurion Bank of Punjab (CBoP) when CBoP was taken over by HDFC Bank. Sayee has a bachelor's degree in Mathematics from University of Madras and a post-graduate degree in Management (Finance and Systems) from SCSVMV Deemed University, India.
Nithya ChandarGeneral Manager, Human Resources

Nithya Chandar, General Manager, Human Resources, is responsible for all HR functions, including recruitment, employee development and performance appraisals. Nithya has more than eight years of experience with organizations such as The New Indian Express, HCL Info solutions and Redington India. She has a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Madras and a master’s degree in Business Administration (Human Resources and Marketing) from the School of Management Studies.

Thirumaran Subramanian, General Manager, Administration, has 12 years of experience in budgeting, revenue recovery, recruitment, business area administration and facility management services. He has worked for leading banks and financial institutions, such as Standard Chartered Bank, IndusInd Bank and Mahindra Finance. Before coming to Cobra, Thirumaran headed operations and general administration at Rising Star Outreach. He has a bachelor's degree in Commerce and General Laws, a master’s degree in Business Administration, a master’s degree in Finance and Control, and a post-graduate diploma in Computer Science.
Vijay NarayanaswamyManager, IT

Vijay Narayanaswamy, Manager, IT, leads the team that is responsible for the implementation and support of Cobra’s internal and customer-facing software and hardware infrastructures. He oversees the day-to-day operations of the infrastructure and monitors system performance, capacity planning maintenance, and actively resolves end-user help requests. In addition, Vijay ensures adherence to the company’s network and physical security policies. Vijay is a Microsoft-certified Electronics and Telecommunication Engineer. Previously, Vijay was a Senior Quality Specialist at RR Donnelly. Vijay came to Cobra from Rising Star Outreach where he was responsible for IT requirements and planning.
