Nithya Chandar is Cobra’s Human Resources Manager. She is responsible for all HR functions including recruitment and selection, training and development, employee welfare, employee counseling, performance appraisals and employee retention. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from the University of Madras, and a Masters in Business Administration, specializing in Human Resources and Marketing, from the School of Management Studies. She has over 8 years of experience in various capacities. She has served in a human resource capacity for different organizations including The New Indian Express, HCL Infosolutions and Redington India.
Mahesh Krishnan, as Senior Process Manager, is responsible for management and continuous improvement of Cobra’s operational processes. By optimizing all processes he ensures seamless execution and delivery of our service. He is part of the project planning and execution team and plays a vital role in the delivery of client projects. He has more than 8 years of experience in business process management, particularly in the field of paralegal operations and transaction processing for litigation claims that include securities litigation cases and mass tort - consumer litigation. He also has experience in business development, pre-sales and customer satisfaction indexes. He has handled team sizes of 300+ and brings with him over 4 years of experience in project management, business improvement and process management (BPI). He is certified in Business Continuity Management (BS25999 standards) and has worked on 6 sigma quality standards. His previous organizations include RR Donnelley Global Business Process Outsourcing, IBM Global Services India, and TATA Info Media. Mahesh holds a Masters in Business Administration from Symbiosis Institute, and is a graduate in Commerce from the Bharathiyar University.

Sayee Ramaswami is the Accounts and Administration Manager for the India office. He is responsible for facilities management and accounting functions. Sayee possesses over thirteen years of corporate administration and accounting experience. His previous work includes over six years with India’s leading banks, ICICI Bank Ltd and HDFC Bank Ltd. Sayee played a prominent role in implementing various quality initiatives at these banks. He was a leading member of the migration team, for the Centurion Bank of Punjab (CBoP) branch at the time CBoP was taken over by HDFC Bank . Sayee possesses a Mathematics Degree from University of Madras and a graduate degree in Management, specializing in Finance and Human Resources, from SCSVMV Deemed University, India.

Thandapani Ramachandran, IT Infrastructure Manager, is responsible for maintaining IT infrastructure and data security. This includes planning, organizing, and managing staff and overall operations to ensure the stable operation of the organization's IT infrastructure. This also includes developing, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing key functional areas, particularly network infrastructure, server infrastructure, data communications, and telecommunications systems. He has extensive experience in the engineering, administration, and support of information systems. He brings with him in-depth expertise in the implementation, analysis, optimization, troubleshooting, documentation of LAN/WAN network systems, and hands-on technical knowledge on Microsoft, Cisco certifications. With a track record for diagnosing complex problems and consistently delivering effective solutions, he is primarily responsible for maintaining data security applying information security management systems. He also has proven ability to lead and motivate teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of projects. Before joining Cobra, Thandapani worked as a project coordinator in RR Donnelley Global Business Process Outsourcing India for over 4 years and also spent one year with the onsite team in New York. He holds a Bachelor’s in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Madras.
