Our team is comprised of attorneys who are graduates of the top law schools in India and are experienced legal advocates. To best serve our clients, we engage in rigorous hiring practices which involve testing for English proficiency and analytic ability. Potential candidates are vetted with background checks and must sign a confidentiality agreement prior to employment. We continuously invest in our staff attorneys by providing on-going training on a variety of document databases, U.S. and U.K. legal subjects, and litigation support technologies. The end result is a full-time, highly trained and motivated legal staff capable of addressing the needs of our client.

Our employees are graduates from top law colleges in India and have experience in the practice of law. Unlike other companies, Cobra does not engage non-lawyer workers. The team is supervised by the on-site Managing Director of Litigation, a U.S. and U.K.-trained and licensed attorney, who provides direct, daily oversight of the Cobra team. The Managing Director works with the client and its outside counsel to ensure efficient completion of the project to the client's satisfaction.
