EDRM - The Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) Project was created in 2005 to address the lack of standards and guidelines in the e-discovery market. The completed reference model provides a common, flexible and extensible framework for the development, selection, evaluation and use of e-discovery products and services.
Cobra is an active participant in the Model Code of Conduct project group, which strives to evaluate and define acceptable boundaries of ethical business practices within the e-discovery service industry, and to issue guidelines intended to serve as a basis for ethical decision-making by all participants in the e-discovery process. Jeff Isenberg, Cobra’s Managing Director, serves on the EDRM Advisory Committee and has previously chaired the Document Review node of EDRM’s Evergreen project. http://edrm.net
