Cobra's Management Team integrates
years of litigation, technology and management experience
to ensure seamless delivery of services from India to
the U.S. The team understands the needs of corporate
law departments and law firms from years of professional
experience at prestigious legal institutions and companies.
The Management Team includes:

Jeff Isenberg,
as Managing Director, Technology and Operations, U.S.,
is primarily responsible for the company's technology,
information-management systems, communications, data
storage, as well as operational processes. Jeff works
with the client to ensure that the appropriate documents
are gathered, converted into electronic form, and are
available securely to the Cobra staff in India. Jeff's
previous positions include Global Director of Litigation
Technology for White & Case LLP, National Director
of Litigation Technology for Milbank, Tweed, Hadley
& McCloy LLP in New York, and Manager of Databases
and Litigation Support for Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen &
Hamilton LLP. Jeff has extensive litigation technology
and electronic discovery experience, having managed,
among many others, the electronic discovery process
for the Creditors Committee in the Enron bankruptcy.
He serves on the Advisory Board for the Electronic Discovery
Reference Model (EDRM) and chairs the Document Review
node for EDRM Evergreen 2007-2008; he also serves on
the Thomson West Litigation Advisory Board and the CaseCentral
Client Advisory Board. He is a frequent speaker at professional
conferences on litigation technology and legal support
services. He is a graduate of Pomona College and the
University of California (Santa Barbara).

Anamika Samanta,
as Managing Director, Litigation, U.S., is primarily
responsible for the overall provision of legal support
services, including designing and administering quality
control processes and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
She spent seven years as a litigator at Willkie Farr
& Gallagher LLP and at the Center for Reproductive
Rights. At Willkie Farr, Anamika litigated securities
class actions, domestic and international disputes over
commercial agreements, and disputes involving securities,
auditing negligence and fraud. At the Center for Reproductive
Rights, Anamika was involved in the development and
litigation of constitutional issues. She is a graduate
of the University of Michigan (Ann Arbor) and New York
University School of Law, is a member of the state bar
of New York and is admitted to practice before the U.S.
Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth
Circuit, and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern
and Eastern Districts of New York.

Kimberley Sprouse,
as Vice President, Litigation, India, is primarily responsible
for managing the litigation operations and support services
of Cobra in India. She is directly responsible for the
oversight and management of the India-based attorney
team, with responsibilities of training, timeliness
and responsiveness, quality control and results. Kimberley
was an associate with the Washington, DC area office
of Steptoe & Johnson, LLP, where she was responsible
for designing the firm's toxic tort litigation center
in Rockville, MD, overseeing the transition of a Fortune
50 company's toxic tort caseload, and developing the
processes and training materials to establish the workflow
for this project. As a consultant, Kimberley counseled
and supported clients on the selection, implementation
and training of computerized support systems for documents,
discovery and depositions, and ensured that technology
solutions were efficient, consistent and responsive
to meet the demands of case specific or national litigation.
She is a graduate of the University of Virginia and
George Mason University School of Law, is a member of
the District of Columbia Bar and is admitted to practice
before the District of Columbia Circuit.

Sakthivel
Venkatraman, as Vice President of Operations,
India, is primarily responsible for managing the day-to-day
operations and support services of Cobra in India. He
was formerly the Director of the Legal and Transaction
processing unit of OfficeTiger, a large professional
outsourcing company in India. Sakthivel oversaw the
department since its inception and was responsible for
building and managing a team of 500 over four years.
Prior to OfficeTiger, Sakthivel worked at NIIT, one
of India's leading software training companies, and
at Tata Consultancy Services. Sakthivel is experienced
in a number of areas, including operations management,
client relationship and corporate sales account management,
implementation of service deliverables, and creation
and oversight of quality control processes. He is recognized
and certified by the Forum of Free Enterprise (FFE)
and Confederation of Indian Industry (CII).

A.
Angela Lancaster, as Chief Administrator Officer,
assists with Cobra's financial, corporate, human resources
and other operational functions. She retired from Southern
California Edison Company, where she worked as a regulatory
economist and supervisor for the Federal regulatory
group. Prior to Edison, she was with the Federal Energy
Regulatory Commission as Economic Advisor to the Chairman,
with the Congressional Research Service in the Energy
Section, with National Economic Research Associates
as Assistant to the President and with the Federal Reserve,
Board of Governors, as a researcher. She received her
BA degree in Economics from Agnes Scott College in Decatur,
GA, and her MA degree in Economics from the University
of Missouri in Columbia, MO.
